Don’t miss out on April 27th we welcome back Master teacher Santhanam

starting this amazing intensive at Sunset time preparing our body for the intensive Yoga Asanas from 5;00 to 7:00 p m, dinner served from 7:30 to 9:30 pm

Saturday take a walk on the beach or a refreshing swim or surf in the ocean before breakfast it starts at 7 am

class begins at 9.00 am with centering, evolving into a powerful practice until 12:00

from 1 pm lunch is served, and free time to relax enjoy the beach until 4:00 pm

the second session starts at 4:00 pm until 6:30

dinner at 7:30PM and after is free time

Sunday early morning could start with surfing, swimming or a walk like Master Santhanam, breakfast is at 7:00 am and the last fantastic class stars at 9:00 until 12:00 and we complete our intensive with lunch served at 1:00 pm.
